Harmony Professional Dog Training exists to enhance quality of life for dogs and their owners through therapeutic intervention, coaching and training unique to each dog-owner partnership.

All our training is positive, and reward based. All behaviour work protects the welfare of the dog and achieve outcomes that last the test of time.

Values

Understanding dogs

Like every person is different so is every dog. There are no ‘normal’ and ‘abnormal’ dogs. We are all different and meant to be that way.

Enhancing quality of life

Every dog has their own unique physiological, social, emotional, and training needs! There are no ‘one-size fits all’ solutions, however, we only use positive reward-based training and no harsh handling.

Each dog-owner partnership is unique

We are all about enhancing quality of life for dog’s AND their owners.

Why we are different

We are highly qualified, use only ethical, kind, science-based methods combined with a friendly and professional service.

"We’ve been working with Emma for a few weeks now and we are rapidly gaining confidence with our puppy. Emma is always on hand for help and advice and even during Covid she has managed to use technology to still deliver training sessions.I would always recommend Harmony to all friends and relatives it’s the perfect way to gain the experience needed to successfully train and provide the welfare needed for your dogs. Thank you Emma!"

"I couldn’t wait to get started on training classes after getting our vizsla pup, but then lockdown happened! I’m so pleased I came across Emma’s online puppy training course as I wanted to get started early and the course ticked all the boxes. We’re only on week two but have learnt so much already! We’ve made a good start on training and it’s a real benefit that Emma’s also an expert dog behaviourist. She’s given us lots of advice and I love her positive approach."

"I highly recommend Emma's online puppy course. We were worried about not being able to get Leo out to classes due to lockdown but Emma has created an online course that worked brilliantly. The demo videos explain a new exercise are great and gave me the confidence to video Leo and send them in without them having to be too perfect! "

Hi, I’m Emma

I’m a dog behaviourist which means I’ve studied for longer and in more depth than most dog trainers. I work with dogs of all ages including dogs with behavioural issues from reactivity to anxiety. I teach group classes as well as 1 to 1 training for puppies, dogs with behavioural issues and agility training.

I have two dogs and compete in agility.
